The prosecutor was forced to dismiss charges that included half a Kilo of cocaine, 50lb of cannabis and 3 guns. After Mr. Meczyk and Mr. Goldberg successfully argued a Motion to Quash the Search Warrant (Franks Hearing), the judge ordered the prosecutor to reveal the name of an informer. The prosecutor claimed that the informer was dead and the charges against Mr. Marchan were dismissed.
